Medical Benefits

The Company provides medical coverage through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. The three plan options are: CareFirst BlueChoice HMO, BlueChoice Opt Out Plus OA, and BluePreferred PPO.  Employees and their dependents (per plan restrictions) are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following their employment date. There is no cost to the employee for this benefit.

Dental Benefits

ComSource provides three dental plan options through CareFirst.  The three plan options are: CareFirst Preferred Dental with HMO option, Preferred Dental with Opt Out Plus Open Access option, or Preferred Dental with BluePreferred option or No Medial option.  Employees and their dependents (per plan restrictions) are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following their employment date. There is no cost to the employee for this benefit.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

ComSource provides term life insurance of one times an employee’s base annual salary up to a maximum of $200,000. AD&D coverage provides a benefit for loss of life or limb(s) as a result of an accident occurring on or off the job. Loss of life benefits would be payable to the designated beneficiary(ies) either by lump sum or monthly installments. There is no cost to the employee for this benefit.

401(k) Retirement Plan & Annual Profit-Sharing Contribution

On the first of the month following the employee's date of hire, they are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Savings Plan (per plan enrollment restrictions).  In previous years, ComSource has made an annual lump sum contribution to the employees' 401(k) account.  Employees will receive the annual lump sum deposit regardless of the amount they contribute to their account and it is based on a prorated amount from their employment date.* 

Long Term Disability & Short Term Disability

The Company provides LTD & STD benefits.  Employees are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following their employment date.  There is no cost to the employee for these benefits.

Vision Plan

The Company offers vision coverage. Employees and their dependents (per plan restrictions) are eligible for this benefit on the first of the month following their employment date.

Time Off

The Company offers employees personal and holiday time off.

Educational Assistance

The Company supports job-related continuing education and offers Educational Assistance. Reimbursement is contingent upon the grade the employee receives.
